MCSC Rescu / Progressive Web App
"The MCSC rescu app has become an essential tool, empowering communities to take action in the search for missing children. But, because the power of the tool increases with each new user, it's important to expand the network of individuals who might have critical information about a missing child. And the Missing Children Society of Canada has a plan to make that happen. MCSC rescu, which was only available in app stores as a download, will be transitioned into a progressive web app, allowing users to access it directly through a web browser. This makes the app easier for more people to use, increasing the impact of the technology. This change will take effect on February 1, 2025."
